By accessing or using GetPDFWizard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

GetPDFWizard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal and commercial document processing.

You agree not to use the service to process illegal content, malware, or files that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Free plan users are subject to daily usage limits as described on our pricing page. These limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid plan subscribers receive enhanced limits and features as described in their subscription plan. Billing is handled securely through our payment providers (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe where configured).

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service did not perform as expected. Contact support with your request. Razorpay/Stripe refunds are processed via the provider API; PayPal subscription refunds may require manual processing via the PayPal dashboard if no capture ID is available.

You retain full ownership of any files you upload to GetPDFWizard. We do not claim any rights over your documents.

By uploading files, you represent that you have the right to process those files and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

Source uploads are deleted within 1 hour and processed outputs within 24 hours. We are not responsible for data loss after these windows — always keep backups of important documents.

You may not use GetPDFWizard to process, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Automated bulk access, scraping, or abuse of our APIs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or gain unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in account termination.

GetPDFWizard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from use of the service. Always keep backups of important documents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPDFWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
