When you use our tools, we temporarily process the files you upload. Source files are deleted within 1 hour; processed output files are kept for 24 hours to allow download, then permanently deleted.

We also collect basic usage data such as which tools you use, to help us improve the service.

Your information is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve our PDF processing services.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.

All uploaded files are encrypted in transit using TLS and stored securely with restricted access (no public URLs; downloads require signed, expiring links). At-rest encryption is provided by the underlying storage volume where available.

Source uploads are automatically deleted within 1 hour; processed outputs are kept for 24 hours to allow download, then permanently deleted. We do not keep copies beyond these windows.

We do not read, analyze, or use the contents of your uploaded files for any purpose other than performing the requested operation.

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. These cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the service to function.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies and do not share data with ad networks. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Uploaded files are deleted within 1 hour. Processed output files are available for download for 24 hours, then permanently deleted.

Usage logs (tool usage counts, dates) are retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can do this from your account settings or by contacting us.

You have the right to data portability — we can provide your account data in a machine-readable format upon request.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
